Who we are

Piccello runs photo bingo games for events. These Terms are an agreement between you and Piccello. They apply to organizers who book an event and to guests who play. By booking or playing, you agree to them.

Events and tiers

Paid events. A paid event costs ₱1,999 per event, for up to 300 guests.

Free previews. A free preview allows up to 8 guests. It must start within 2 days and end within 3 days of booking.

Photos. Photos stay online for 30 days after a paid event ends, or 7 days after a free preview ends, and are then deleted. Download any photos you want to keep before then.

Who can use Piccello

You must be 18 or older to book an event. Guests under 18 may play with a parent or guardian's permission. The organizer is responsible for getting that permission at their event.

Photos and content

You keep ownership of the photos you take. You give Piccello permission to use them only to host, display and deliver them to the event's organizers for the retention period.

Organizers can download copies of their event's photos. Organizers are responsible for how they use the copies they download.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Piccello.

Acceptable use

You may use Piccello to run your own event or a client's event. Event planners and companies are welcome. Do not:

• upload illegal, sexual, violent or hateful content
• harass other guests
• photograph people who have asked not to be photographed
• attack, overload or scrape the service

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by PayMongo. Full refund any time before your event starts. Our Refund Policy explains the details.

Suspension

We may suspend an event or account, or remove content, if you breach these Terms. If we suspend or end a paid event for a reason that is not your breach of these Terms, we refund you in full.

Availability

We work to keep Piccello running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. A stable connection is required: venue Wi-Fi or good mobile reception keeps uploads and the live screen running. We may change or remove features over time.

Liability

Our limit. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the event concerned.

Your rights. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Philippine consumer law.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, contact us first at support@piccello.com. We will try to resolve it with you within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and any dispute we can't resolve goes to the courts of Cebu City.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes apply going forward and are shown on this page with a new date.
