What if my venue has bad WiFi?
Guests use their own mobile data — the game is lightweight and works great on 4G/5G. It even works offline once loaded.
How many guests can join?
Up to 300 guests can join per event — plenty of room for most celebrations. If you're planning something larger, contact us.

How long before my event do I need to set up?
We can set up your event within a few hours of booking. Most hosts book 1-2 weeks ahead to customize tiles.
Who owns the photos?
You do. Every photo guests upload goes to your event album. Download it all after the event in one tap.
Do guests need to sign up?
No. They scan the QR, pick a name, and start playing. That is it.
