A stable connection is required to upload photos and keep the live screen current. Venue Wi-Fi or good reception is ideal, and guests can also play on their own mobile data. Brief signal drops recover automatically, but sustained poor reception will get in the way.

Booking the same day works. Most hosts book one to two weeks ahead to leave time for writing their tiles.

Each guest keeps the rights to the photos they take, and your album gets a copy of every one. It stays online for 30 days after your event (7 days for a free preview), then it's deleted, so download it before then. Small albums download in one go; large ones come in parts.
