We use your information to provide the Piccello service: creating and managing your event, delivering your event management link, storing and displaying photos during events, and providing post-event photo downloads. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Photo Storage and Ownership

Photos uploaded during events are stored securely and are only accessible to event participants and organizers. As the event organizer, you can download all photos after the event. Photos are retained for a reasonable period after the event ends to allow download access.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate Piccello, including cloud hosting providers for data storage and payment processors for secure transactions. These services have their own privacy policies and handle data in accordance with industry standards.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access-controlled event codes. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
