Refund Policy

Overview

Piccello is a paid service for hosting photo bingo games at events. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, PayMongo. This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund for a purchase made through Piccello. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided the event you purchased has not yet started. To qualify, both conditions must be met: your request reaches us within 14 days of the purchase date, and the event has not begun.

After the Cooling-Off Period

Once 14 days have passed since your purchase, or once the event has started — whichever happens first — the purchase is non-refundable. This applies even if the event is not used or is cancelled by the organizer after it has started.

Service Issues

If Piccello fails to deliver the service due to a fault on our side — for example, a technical failure that prevents your event from running — we will refund you in full, regardless of the 14-day cooling-off period. This does not cover issues outside our control, such as problems with your own device, network connection, or venue.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@piccello.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include your purchase details, such as the event name and the date of purchase, so we can locate your order.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through PayMongo. Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not charge a fee to process a refund.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
